What inspired you to run the wrong way with a minute and a half to save your ass from the worst pounding it's ever likely to get?

"Yeah, that biblical vitriol spitting, veangeful commy propoganda crap sounds good to me!" - Or how 5 years pushing polys sends you insane. And now what am I going to do with my spare time? I sit here writing this in winter 2003, we're doing final beta testing and I'm obsessing over the chapter screens - it's always something. 5 years after starting this, many years after marathon was still relevant and we're not quite there yet. But as Ben will no doubt tell you, we're making this because we want to. Apotheosis is the type of game we like to play, and like Ben, it doesn't entirely bother me if I'm the only one who ever reads this - So if you are, I hope you've enjoyed every second up to this point, and appreciated the work of a couple of disgruntled asylum inmates.

So here's a big thanks to everyone thats cool - -Ben for taking the project into his heart more so than myself even, and being the tenacious, unsatisfiable little bitch that he is. [a] would never be what it is today without the efforts of this mad scotsman =) -Rich, for taking the time and making the effort despite the trouble had conversing from 3rd world countries, for the timely reality checks, and being some kind of god damn fatherly Forge figure -Sim, for contributing without being asked, and generally being enthusiastic about the whole thing. -Jane, Sci and Jon, for putting up with us mad creative types, and trudging through these nightmarish levels with no torch to guide the way. - Claude and the crew at b.org for the hosting, boasting and glue that binds us all together - All past team members for their contributions and ideas, and HAS for stopping by and fixing all my stupid shape problems. - And finnally the marathon fan community, for sticking by the thing what kicks all these years, and giving us people to dump our mad vision upon.
