Star Cruiser Sheppard: Sick Bay Comm Term You are awake! How do you feel? Wait, let me activate the bioscanner. Excellent, I couldn't have hoped for better readings. You have a slight servo assist malfunction near the left deltoid rotator cup, easily replaceable. Hydraulic pressure is optimal. Brain scans normal, cardio pulmonary function is amazing! Metabolism is a bit high, within specs though, I should have expected this. The myosin filaments in your muscles have been enhanced successfully, metallic skeletal replacement checks out... you must have the strength of 3 men, the endurance of a race horse! All the problems of the Mark 3 series have been solved! Please forgive me, I am being rude in my excitement. Welcome aboard the Star Cruiser Sheppard. My name is Dr. Mjolnir. You have been referred to me by Fleet Command. You have been in my care since you boarded in cryogenic stasis. You were pretty badly wounded in the ground fighting, dying in fact, you had lost a large amount of bodily tissues. I have replaced much of your damaged body mass with cybernetic implants and enhanced the remaining flesh. Turns out you were, uh, quite the valiant warrior, you got the attention of the High Federation Council, they wanted your full recovery.

Star Cruiser Sheppard: Sick Bay Comm Term I cannot make you any promises Captain, my work with Jjaro technology is very experimental and largely untested, but if you survive your adventures you could possibly refer to your first 200 years as your childhood! Technically, if you have air to breath, food to eat and water to drink, you could last indefinitely, easily a thousand years. You are officially my Mark IV project, my first working prototype, the previous 3 series failed because of my incomplete understanding of the information found in the newly discovered Jjaro ruins on Regulus 4. Possibly Earthers make the best subjects, we'll see. Report to the holodeck for training. Let's see what you can do.

Star Cruiser Sheppard: Holodeck Comm Term Welcome to the holodeck Captain. My name is gabe, I will be your host tonight. Our special today is Pfhor Ala Flamme. May I recommend a chablis for mon-sewer? Heh heh. Let me see, the Doc has you scheduled for a training program. I've got just the thing for you, something light and breezy for your first time out. This IS your first visit to a holodeck right? Nothing to it, you go stand still on the pedestal in the center of the room. In a moment a 3 dimensional "simulated reality" will begin. After it starts, feel free to move about (heh heh) and manipulate the objects you may see. The goal of this program is to kill everything then return to a simulated comm term. Piece of cake. And... *smirk* you might want to set your purse down before you begin.
