Congratulations. You've been detected by the Pfhor and teleported into a prison complex aboard their ship. At least now you're closer to the craft's main control system.
If you wish to escape, and free several of your comrades (who have also been captured,) you will have to follow my instructions.
Observe the oxygen supply shaft (circled on the diagram.) Fire your shotgun into the tunnel, and you will destroy a small panel controlling the lock to your cell.
Once free, you will be able to release your comrades. Only with the help of the other humans will you be able to defeat the entire Pfhor crew, who now know not only of your presence aboard their ship, but of your precise location.
There is large a wall panel nearby. You will have to locate it and destroy it. This will permanently shut down the ship's defenses.
Oh, and be careful if you see any cyborgs. Standard Jjaronian weaponry is largely ineffective against them.

Unfortunately, we have intercepted a Pfhor intelligence report originating from the High Command, ordering Pfhor soldiers to board the Jjaro JN49375 and attempt to use its weaponry against other Jjaro ships. In the unlikely event that their plan is carried out, we can expect to see an unsettlingly large number of vaporized Jjaros. If you don't want to stay on board that piece of space junk, we could really use some assistance here...
