From historical records, the creator of them seems so-called Old Ones, but there are no traces of what they did here, or what they were used for. Some High Council members insist that we immediately use Tri xeem, and others say as there are no workings facilities left, so nuclear weapons would be sufficient. The decision is not yet done.
