NEFX - "Societal_Deadlocks_of_Condition_on_Thought" Subjects of The Blightgeist at large depend psychologically on a degree of constancy of present and familiar conditions as part of a general matrix of being wherein too cataclysmic a shift appears to threaten their very being, to where societally propagated threat is convincingly portrayed merely as being that point at which the matrix of generally present and familiar conditions is no longer, regardless of its own content. This decided point seems arbitrary, subjective, and generally state-sanctioned, but may be more precisely determined according to thresholds of profit loss for the Blightgeist’s chief coordinators. The power of this seeming threat of that beyond such matrices consists primarily in its present unknownness, which is itself often largely a general collective and culturally conditioned historical amnesia, given all the (if at times remote or even contextually interdistant) references for a supposedly “new” or “dangerous” idea’s actual validity. This gains for the Erosive and Saturative branches of The Blightgeist the seeming validity of their respective choice aspects of their twisted joint creation of power merely by contrast to the false threat of all outside of it, to say nothing of course of the ongoing damages of The Blightgeist itself (“the devil you know”, only propagated as in fact not a devil at all except to those deserving). In the meantime, under the Blightgeist itself, awards are given which are either merely nominal insofar as they are the reduction of an ongoing damage done against the subject, or that are a conditionally necessary form of “repayment” for subsistence of whatever sort available under conditions set by The Blightgeist, both for itself and its subject in question for different reasons — The Blightgeist for just sufficiently pacifying the subject materially or spiritually in a fundamentally incomplete and blinded way to sustain the latter’s continued service in the former’s continued rise to vain imagined total power, and the subject for basic necessity of life or perceived dignity to get by for just whatever term of time. The subject depends on the Blightgeist for subsistences and rewards (or which ever of them could even be said to overlap) because of the latter’s monopoly on conditions and the fact that they have severely impaired several means of (or even superior alternatives to) those rewards and subsistences. At this point, the necessary overhaul of conditions would at least appear to entail the obliteration of many such vehicles for reward and subsistence and thus, according to Blightgeistian conditioning, obliterate (even willingly!) subsistence and reward as such, as though the proffered revolutionary aims were only to leverage a blitz against the goody. And what is The Blightgeist’s (practically Erosion’s) catch-all explanation for this supposed blind malice? Jealousy. Jealousy as it pertains to (in their minds) fundamental being. But revolutionary leaps are less damaging in the long run than their indefinite stalling, especially given that their long run is still considerably shorter.
