NEFX - "Riddled at the Altar of Exorcision for Living Systems" In civil living systems without living interdependence, interknowing becomes less likely (though not impossible), and it thus behooves involved beings to be proactive in overcoming the resulting indolence from lessened basic necessity, that they may retain the qualities that result from the interdependence of more primordial civil systems. The engendered habit from behaving otherwise from this creates a new culture where none existed, that of precisely a non-culture, a general co-existence for several respective insular purposes. Thus the systems which at the outset and to a less learned denizen of such living system may appear to have a communality where little to none exists, and other features of said living system as are at the present crest of technological advancement, allow not only for the bypassing of structures that would normally be engaged (and be built to be engaged) with in a way more natural and practiced to beings’ historical tendencies, but also help cultivate both a thoughtform based in the passing-by and a culture that in turn leads to the creation of structures with the passing-by tendency in mind. In the meantime, the impetus to all the technologies acting upon these established structures is the more lost, and distracted away and divided from each other. Their understanding and operations are increasingly inaccessible and unique to a shrinking class of specialists, whose allocation of thought and attention thereto ironically precludes most from knowing or caring about their role with other roles in the well-being of the civil whole. Though the structures we pass by may be real, their spirit or implication is but a ghost, and it becomes more often doubtful that these civil spaces are anything but hives of the functionally schizoid-disaffected. What economic and cognitive malaise could happen that would render the proposed function and effect of these habitually created structures a ghost, with the development and progress (or lack thereof) unable to keep pace with it? A reconfiguration of collective cultural mentality from the ground up may look like community tutorials on community, and on the interconnecting sciences of the spaces in which they live as well as their functions. For such advanced civil living systems to live up to their underlying theory, coordinated events must happen in and around subspaces of these systems which meet individual (particularly creative or productive) needs of beings in a communal fashion. This would depend in part on will of participants, though a societal apparatus officially and openly devoted to such would lend legitimacy and general familiarity and habit to the practice. The structures’ components (most evidently physical) being disconnected in functionality, timing and arcs of their functionality before repair or replacement, disconnection of their regular engagers and inhabitants from the impetus to said components and their maintenance, increasing reliance on disconnected (from inhabitants and those of fellow roles) specialists who are at times unable or negligent to tend to the maintenance of the physical components — all this adds further to this disconnect, though it appear tentatively necessary for the thriving of these advanced living systems. Repair of this phenomenon (let alone components) begins with education, which depends upon mass-cultivated communal consciousness that is in feedback loop with education. The question becomes what this consciousness and education look like both individually and in tandem, and reimagining resource allocation systems that would permit them, reimagining ingrained notions of resources and their allocation entirely, and thinking on both isolated examples of such consciousness and education as well as the effects of their extrapolation and repetition across time and space. This very extrapolation and repetition, especially with the relatively fresh long-term ingrainment of the structural systems and their effects under investigation here, would have their own largely unprecedented effects; which further calls into question methods of prophecy and whence they are derived.
