Does'nt look like Boomer does it?? Well, I have decided to prepare a little just in case the fools down on Lh'owon see us coming. Your mission here is simple, I need you to install ten Uplink Chips in ten different panels. The chip you just received will be used to gain access to the ten spots for the chips. Unfortunetly, I can only tell you where to get the uplinks, but I am unsure of where to install them. You can thank the incompetent fools who operate this place for the vacuum, believe me I had no idea it would be in a vacuum, so I can only hope that there will be enough oxygen. But you can always come back here, this oxygen refuel should always work.

After you have installed all 10 uplinks, report to a terminal located near the cargo door (which is open)and I will be able to teleport you across to the surveillance tower where you will install the final uplink that will suck all the power from this ghetto and allow me to use it to power my ship. If you want to know where the surveillance tower is, look out the window, you can't miss it. If you really want to know what all this uplink installing will do, I'll tell you later when you might actually care, right now, just get it done so I can get you out.
