Apparently he anticipated our arrival and your success at Quiliam and had his escape well planned. Few, if any, of his traitorous cohorts were able to follow him, thanks to you. The SWO may be up to more malfiance on the far side of the planet. He choose the Masabesic Water Purification Plant as his destination and, no doubt, has plans to destroy it. This would be a serious set back in out effort to repair the damaged Weapons Complex. _________________________________ ___________________________________________

Essentially, we must assume everyone at the plant is sympathetic to the SWO and is our enemy.
