~confederation.override ~2992dud We do not know how or why the citizens of this planet, Lh'owon, have rebelled against our Confederation, where peace has existed for five centuries. They made no demands, yet launched attacks on several colonies, taking them. Ill-equipped for combat, these colonies had no chance. Prior to the attacks, communications from the colony stopped. This is all the information we have. We do know, however, that we need to stop them. Get out there and terminate all the rebels in this base. We will beam weapons and ammo when we can. Good luck, soldier.
~pict.override.not compatible ~2992dud There are two ranks of humans that you will combat. The guards are armed with hndguns, and shouldn't pose too much of a problem.
We do not know what those odd guys with the staffs were. I will look through the records to see if we can find any referance to them. They appear to be hostile, so terminate any that you see.
I have found a referance. 1026 years ago, Earth got into a war with an alien race known as The Pfhor. Their descriptions match those of the creatures you just killed. If the records are accurate, you should run into three other races of Pfhor.
You are doing very well. Go now to the storage room, where we are dectecting many alien life forms. Once you eradicate everything, go to find an exit terminal where I can beam you outta there.
We think we know why the humans rebelled and joined the Pfhor. After hacking into the databases of this section, we found that the Pfhor had been covertly watching the colonists of Alpha Centauri for years, hiding out in the ancient sewers below the ruins of S'pht cities. They came in and took over the colony, hence the communication blackout. Any that wanted to join the new order were fitted with weapons and sent to army camps. Those that refused were executed.
You know those little annoying drone robots that keep flying around? They are not programmed for combat (yet) as you probably guessed, and mostly do repair, construction, programming, and engineering work. They are the lifeblood of the rebellion. I am sending you to a facility where these drones are made and stored. Terminate all of them. Soon, the drones will be reprogrammed for combat, making them a formidable adversary. Destroy the drones while they're inactive, and you will save yourself from having to face them later. There are over two hundred drones stored where I will be sending you, and a few dozen guards. When you have eradicated all of them, I'll let you go.
