OK, lets have some fun. This is the Pfhor's scoutship, class 3, designed especially to seek out and colonise already populated worlds. Disabling this craft is your final task in halting the Pfhor from taking over the Earth. At the moment, you are in the aft section of the ship, Engineering. On the left and right of this room are two engine rooms. Each room has a plasma-dump switch which you must activate. This will pump the engine's plasma into space, leaving it with no means of generating thrust. That's all for now, find another terminal where Leela will give you more instructions.

Now you have to destroy the fuel pumps nearby, on either side of the ship. These areas of the ship will be heavily guarded, so we have some rocket ammo also nearby. The next area of the ship has a pattern buffer, so you'll want to make a stop their.

Here you will find some circuitry which you must destroy to deactivate this fuel pump. A similar pump resides on the opposite side of this ship. When you're done, head towards the forward section of the ship, their will be a terminal there where Durandal can give more information on your mission.

Four Humans are being held by a force field near here in the Detention Area. They must be released and kept alive. Our reports show that this area is not heavily guarded, so they should be quite safe. The panels next to this terminal which control the main turbo-lift to the inter-deck transporter. This turbo-lift was locked and disabled when the Pfhor knew you had arrived. The first panel controls the door to the lift, and the second activates the controls the lift.

You have done very well. Now to complete your mission you need to place a uplink chip in each of the panels on either side of this terminal. The chips are stored back in the Anti-Matter room. Their are two doors sealing both chips in two small rooms. The circuitry behind you opens these doors so you may bring both chips here. When you have placed each chip, wait for an explosion, which will be the final deactivation of one of the ships engines. We will then send for our mothership to retreive it.
