You will possibly need to activate the security door that leads to the outside lava channel. One of the switches here should release that door. I am uncertain whether the other switch is active, but it releases the caldera flow regulator, that prevents lava from flooding this base. Should it be activated, it may or may not be able to control flooding once it starts. Normally I would just tell you not to hit it, but I do not know which is which, so you will just have to guess.

I hope you had no trouble with the tunnel. Sensor sweeps showed it to be a little unstable. Find the Security AI's Core, and disable it. You will need to find three separate nodes where components of the Core are kept. They will be well guarded. I believe that they are in the areas indicated here.
