Good work back there. Now it's time to start an offensive against the Pfhor. However, to do this we need a formidable ground assault team. Unfortunately, we need many more human soldiers than we currently have. The computer system at the Pfhor landing base we overran several months ago contained a large and thorough database with locations and populations of POW humans who will eventually turn into a slave force.

Our goal is to free these BOBs. Now you might be thinking we don't have the ordinance to arm a large force of humans, but we shouldn't have to worry about that. According to all the information I've obtained, the majority of humans being detained have not been relieved of weapons and/or ammo. They keep the BOBs from revolting by keeping them separate and using the threat of killing the BOBs partners if they attempt to escape. In other words, they play off of the human compassion the culture of the Pfhor will never have instead of taking the risk of losing soldiers my attempting to disarm us.

This brings us to why we are here… Most of the prison camps we'll be raiding have shielding specifically designed to prevent the teleporting-out of humanoid-sized objects. As such, we can't just go and teleport the prisoners without a fight. Currently, taking out an entire Pfhor prison is impractical, so we need to devise a way to get around the shields. In other words, we need a much larger area-specific version of a transpoder similar to the one built into your cybernetic system. The Pfhor scientists here created one about seven months ago. Your job is to find it and get back here so I can teleport you out.

Ok, I'm bringing you up now.

I've done several multiphasic sweeps of this land base and discovered that it has an extensive basement system. This is most likely where the transponder (which looks like a standard uplink chip) is being stored. From snooping through Pfhor transmissions, I've discovered that nearly all other new technology has been transferred from this base, so the chip will most likely be in a large, empty room. Apparently, many of the doors are secured, so you may have to force them open with special-case unlocking switches. There should be one directly beside this terminal.

Also, you may be forced to travel through the large northern sewage system. My advice to navigate it is to follow what looks like artificially-made paths. They will be squared off or rounded whereas natural formations will be rough and hard to navigate. Good luck.

The mission was successful. All that is needed is to integrate the transponder into your systems so I can use it to lock onto BOBs within close range of you. Go inside the left opening and put the chip into the uplink where it will automatically be put into your system. It might hurt a little...

My imprisonment by the Pfhor had several repercussions, as some of my core memory engrams were damaged. Most of these I had repaired as best as possible. However, my representation icon was damaged in ways which I could not correct. My previous icon was only temporary - I was contemplating a new one by researching human literature and exploring the Pfhor database to see what color scheme would infuriate them the most. This icon was the result. What do you think?
