The complex teleports out its trash and waste (that's right, you are gonna be swimming in toilet water), every other day, at 1200 hrs. Everything including the lights, doors, and crappers are controlled by the complex AI. You will have to breach each area and shutdown the main system that is specific to the area. Doing this will force the plant to revert to an older less efficient system of disposing and cleaning the waste. Once you get all the four main systems shut down, the whole plant will revert to the oldest system of transporting the waste out of the water and into a disposal sector within the main complex. This is where you want to go. You will transport with the waste to the inside of the main complex to continue your mission.
