I'm also in the admin network (what's left of it). You have to get to the power plant right away. The aerial bombing has caused a coolant leak in the reactor. If you can't take the reactor down, it'll cause an explosion they'll feel at West Point.
Beside you is an elevator that should take you to the power plant. I say should ... unfortunately you cut the power to it when you destroyed the power conduit. I wouldn't advise climbing --- it's a good 50-meter drop. Any ideas? Me neither. Let me know if you can find a way down.
