NEFX - "Possibly Deliberate Mirages of Systemic Procedure" Formal arrangements leveraged by devouring Blightgeistian power for the sake of lessening their imposed conditions on another party as a supposed “favor” (be it for better-ensured long-term power seizures) work as a cover step towards further control for other territories or conditions down the line; and it is not specific to a territory so much as the concept of territory itself. The mere holding of coerced parties to formal procedure ties them to the instigator’s timetables, locations, and otherwise terms of engagement, and this alone facilitates further discussion and coercion on other issues that in fact may be the primary focus for which the initial pretext to formal agreement was a strategic (if possibly hubristic and stupid) proxy. Inevitably as conditions shift either in spite of or beneath the weight of the conditions imposed — as may indeed be the plan of the instigating party, to push relations in a direction of increasing intensity towards a sufficiently publicly acceptable pretext for war — further meantime webs of formal procedure and logistic entanglement are woven. The instigating party's mere formal — that is, superficial — appointment and display of a team of specialists to this end can (possibly intentionally) place more cover on and distance from the details, intentions, and according reasons of their actions, both in a particular situation and in a long-term normalized thought-pattern both for the parties involved and the outside affected globe of beings. These too are given to disconnection and miscommunication among themselves by the separation of not only logistics but also field of knowledge, intention, knowledge about intention, and intention about knowledge. The mere presence of procedure passes general muster for many if not the majority under the Blightgeist, though even whichever plans are decided and agreed upon by said combination of inter-contradictory parties (or in this case sub-parties) can be as easily annulled as if they had not been appointed, merely giving optics to the bullish enforcements by Blightgeistian agents. This can extend as well to the Blightgeist's (often extant) intentions regarding the coercion of a target party, intentions that gain friendly countenance merely by the (often purely formal and begrudging) inclusion and presentation of procedure; even where the apparent actions of the targeted party (itself here really only under focus for the actions of its icons, which are one with the Blightgeist even (if not especially!) for its conflict with other Blightgeistian parties) threaten being-as-such and where the agreement established between parties for the quelling of this is technically preferable — for this is only for the pyrrhic hubristic project of other parties to take the same measures they are eager to quell in the target party. Inevitably the engaging in procedure for the easing of tensions for which such sets of procedure may have been established in the first place is a TECHNICAL sign of progress, but itself pyrrhic for the ways in which the mechanisms of the Blightgeist are thereby strengthened and often only for the also-pyrrhic power projects of the Blightgeistian icons involved. In addition, the mere presentation of formally “equal” engagement, procedure, and prescribed duty for all parties can help grant the illusion of true diplomacy and impartiality, which can help win the cooperation of the target party (however slowly, subtly, and subliminally) by fatigue, even though ultimately those coerced are the common subjects of a set of territorialist icons of the Blightgeist. Even the agreement to said procedures by said party can be merely under compulsion (sometimes for imagined long-term gain) or simply easy for the fact that the party’s representatives AS CUSHIONED OFFICIALS are the least affected of the party. This is especially true where the particular representative officially declaring thus (through permitted official channels of public information) is doing so out of vocational programming — especially where the details of said vocation beyond what is commonly implied in the title is often vague and seldom discussed through said official channels of public information. Even procedure itself as a process, as by its implied nature ever moving onward for so long as it is engaged, passes as progress-as-such for the forwarding of beings and easing of conditions under the Blightgeist, and territorialist officials can easily live with or even be forced to cheer for this. To be constructive within its framework, then, is merely to obey and follow through with such procedure, or with procedure-as-such. To point out together all the components of this outward form of progress regardless of actual inner content is systemically considered acceptable, even if only in a sense of relief out of uncertainty for what said officials and icons may and can do at common expense. Following this, the ensurement of further procedure qua official engagement pacifies nagging common worry that would be better quelled and dealt with at the root by the cultivation instead of Lightform beyond Blightgeist. To this end, the installation of continued threat and “inevitable”, “necessary”, etc conditions against being-as-such becomes a means of simulating progress and security by allowing for said conditions’ continued thwarting by the Blightgeist that already caused them. One who sees through and acts beyond this is already helping turn the tide if only by an inch.
