The cypher unit looks to be in good shape. In your absence, the fleet's scanners have picked up a power signal which could be the second cypher unit. The Pfhor have a rather large garrison protecting this one. Again, they have fried their communications terminal array in case UESC AIs attempt to infiltrate their system. Take out the garrison, survey the station, and retrieve the cypher unit. Get going... Wotan
