One is located in a pool protected by drones, the other is at the exact same place where you found your first chip outside of the big underwater tunnel under the pit.You will also need to locate a set of wires and destroy them, they will open the door to the front gates of the landing area. This landing area will be important for us to bring rescue vehicles.

Good work, this area is almost clean of the Stak'pha. Try to find the master terminal, near the gates of the temple. I believe the main terminal is locked inside a circuits room, you'll need a chip to open the door, that chip is guarded by some high ranked hunters, beware.
