This is the generator room. Once you have activated the main generator you will be able to access the master switchroom. The little bastards have jammed the doors to this room, so you will have to unlock them by flipping two master switches. Try following the emergency lights. They should point you to the override switches.
These switches control the lights and power for this level of the ship. For the fourth switch, you will need to insert a repair chip found elsewhere. Expect it to be heavily guarded.
