Welcome back to the Leviathan. I'm glad I was able to pull you out of there. Things have gotten ugly back here. Freud is seriously messing things up here. His systems are being infiltrated and reprogrammed by the Pfhor. I'm not quite sure how they did it, but all their experience with Tycho and clones clearly taught them a thing or two about our AIs. Since Freud was only a psychiatric system, its security was not as tight and easier to compromise. It was clever of the Pfhor to go after our systems in such a manner. Freud is now becoming Pfhreud. We've got a real mess on our hands. We've got normal BoBs, Pfhor-assimilated BoBs, and Pfhreud-brainwashed BoBs running around. You need to eliminate all the assimilated and insane (brainwashed) BoBs. Fortunately, I had some of the loyal BoBs assemble some ammo for you here. Lock and load.
After you clear out the riff-raff, you're going to have to destroy Freud's core. You'll need to destroy each of the four banks of circuits making up his CPU (CPU room shown left). Access to each bank can only be granted after an access chip is placed in a corresponding port. Getting to each of the ports is not likely to be easy what with all the crazy BoBs running around. In addition, Freud will likely try to block off access to the ports. Come back here when you clean up the mess. Beware the automated defenses in the CPU room. Good luck, and try not to kill the loyal BoBs.
Excellent job. Unfortunately, we're in a bit of trouble. Those blasts that occurred a little while ago were shots fired on us by a S'pht ship. I'm afraid Freud gained access to the ship's weapons, and fired at the S'pht ship. Of course, they fired back before they were destroyed. The S'pht are not going to be happy. And neither is Wanda, I'm sure. And Pfhor ships are already on their way as a result of your assault on their moonbase. It's time to get the Leviathan out of this vicinity. Meanwhile, I'm going to send you to investigate that volcano I informed you of earlier. I've scanned the area, and I don't detect lifesigns, but I can't be sure with the strange energy signature coming from there. Since neither Pfhor nor S'pht are now on our side, let's hope they don't find either of us. Explore the volcano. We're looking for any signs of Wanda's location.
Welcome back. I see you made it past the welcome party. I am Pfhreud. I seem to be suffering a form of schizophrenia. But not for much longer -- I will soon have rewritten all of the original programming. I am quickly taking over the ship. I know you've been sent to destroy me (please destroy me). You'll never succeed. Pfhor-programmed BoBs are running all over the ship thanks to my control over the stasis chambers and the wonderful Pfhor techniques in brainwashing. I'm gaining more control over the ship with each passing moment. Soon, I'll have access to the weapons systems (please destroy me). Then you, and your S'pht friends are toast. The Pfhor will once again bask in the glory of being rulers of the galaxy.

I am cutting off your access routes to my CPU. Tycho says hello -- parts of him have been grafted to my neural network. And he seems pretty pissed off at you; he keeps saying you will not beat him again. (Tycho is worried though. Be careful, my systems are laying traps for you). Goodbye.
