What must be done is the enabling of a quartet of heating systems. The systems are here; you'll need to get to them and enable them, and then return to this point. But we can't get to them, or at least that's what it looks like on this map. That is correct, we can't. They are sealed off, and must be overridden by a master security card which will give us the clearance to the heating systems.
