1: Colon Cleanse!

CONDITION RED: YOUR BASE IS UNDER ATTACK. Trooper, I'm glad you survived your last skirmish. We are sorry to have to put you on the line again, but this time, we can't do it without you. (When can we?) If you will refer to the map to your left you will see our intelligence has uncovered a massive Phfor presence on levels one and two of our base. Pay close attention to the areas our intelligence squadron has marked on the map. You must visit each of these marked areas to retrieve a S’pht key. Our intelligence squadron needs these keys to decrypt Phfor communications. Collect these keys while destroying as many Phfor as you can.

The Bobs are at it again. Ensure that you avoid or kill them before they get close to you. Don't be fooled. They are NOT your friends. They are infected and MUST die. However, pattern buffers ARE your friend. Find one to save your mission data. Remember, when you have enough weapons and have collected all the keys, kill as many Pfhor as you can and then teleport out of there! You are the key to our survival! DON'T LET US DOWN!!!!

Welcome back Trooper. I am sorry to inform you that you can't teleport out to the great hall yet. First you must complete this level by retrieving every S’pht key. You have not done that yet my friend. Please review the map to your left again. Whilst you review the map, we have some disturbing intelligence to report. Apparently, the Pfhor have created a temporal vortex of some sort. Yes, time travel. They are attempting to perfect it and destroy our troopers and bases by going back in time and destroying the seeds of our rebellion.
