The consciousness of surroundings and the consciousness of beings at large and being as such all feed into each other both as regards their interconnections and the general heightened faculty of consciousness through one focus spilling over into that of others. The instigations to diplomacy by environmental challenge, or more broadly by circumstantial necessity binding beings to each other and to their self-duty of survival, become forced provisional means by which beings become conscious of the universal principle of diplomacy itself, and may yet stand to retain understanding of that principle and by proxy that of surroundings-consciousness, or global consciousness for that matter. The dilemma becomes where a keystone location in this call for global duty is seen through the opportunistically mercenary eye of the Blightgeist for either exploitation of its weak standing or leveraging of power through half-measures of outreach that at least appear to mitigate the circumstances facing that area. Such exploitative measures may themselves contribute to the state of the location and global conditions by proxy (bearing in mind the term "global" as applying loosely to any future-known domain of beings that may extend beyond a present planet) in a race to the bottom — whether in actual concrete effect or subtle mental condition by those measures which are permitted for largely mercenary purposes. This location being in such a state, or in such phase of the global condition, becomes the fertile ground and hub world for various inter-territorial ambitions at once, which may conflict according to the Blightgeistian logic acting through them, although also in ways unique to the particular area and its according environmental dilemma that they are now converging on. Nonetheless, provisionally necessary or beneficial means of diplomacy employed for the territorialist branches most malleable by the Blightgeist remains a potential start in the long and convoluted path towards realization of the universal principle of diplomacy and surroundings-consciousness. Here, the nuances of the parallels between consciousness of beings and consciousness of surroundings becomes more acutely known. Even the mere logistics of this converging can, with the right spirit, serve as the means for active and regular activities of diplomacy that may be used towards surroundings-consciousness. Such consciousness extends to the mere existence and presence of certain roles employed societally to this end, or which may be employed anew thereto, not to mention their respectance. It can also revitalize recognition of the intrinsic value of diplomacy and surroundings-consciousness beyond those means afforded by officiality and rigid contract. And beings at large? They become more aware of such official channels and branches as like new images to put upon a board or screen for tracking of official effects and intentions. The joining of beings under official auspices, however under the spell of territorialist thought form, can nonetheless out of provisional necessity call to mind of beings at large (both within and without the official channels) the reality of certain universal principles concerning not only correct action, but also logic. For example, those locations, beings, etc, most causing of global alert may be primarily so because they are precisely the least (at least immediately affected) yet by that very fact if not by some other aspect of their nature most reflect such global alert in the first place. Thus even mere symbolic significance is what is most at stake in the area being most fought for or protected, and this is valid where general collective being-consciousness is the most immediately if not also fundamentally altered, in order that the actually more important work regarding such global alert be carried out. Moreover, the meantime fixation on such area or beings involved is itself a step along the general collective consciousness of beings towards the realization that total emancipation depends precisely in part on the acknowledgment and defense of that which in the general collective social schema is marginalized, that it is in this magnanimity that all parties in the dialectic of being are realized to both themselves and each other, that they may ultimately transcend the division that necessitates such dialectic.
